Synopsis
Fifteen year old Willow is certain of one thing:
Everyone hates her. But her lonely reality is shattered
during a singular train ride that leads to a prince, an
ancient, tattered, book, and the friendships she’s always
craved.
Suddenly, Willow’s horrid life at home is a world away.
But as a plot to assassinate the king uncovers a
dangerous truth, Willow finds herself the target of a
not-so-subtle-death threat. When an unexpected attack
leaves her and her friends scrambling for survival,
Willow must decide if the price for belonging is worth
the risks. Can she find a way to save the kingdom and
her friends, or was her escape from loneliness a trap
